Privacy & cookies

Who we are. This site is run by XPERIENCE Sp. z o.o., Malborska 3 lok. 76, 03-286 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5892013350, KRS 0000498681. Contact: info@limopartytour.com.

What we collect. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, optional phone number and the trip details you enter. We use them only to prepare and send your offer and to organise your booking.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@limopartytour.com.

Cookies and visitor statistics. We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits, see which pages are viewed and how many enquiries are sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you visit. We do not use it for advertising and do not send it your name, email or phone number. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and Google Analytics only starts if you click Accept. Elsewhere it runs by default. You can accept or withdraw at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops it straight away.

Address search. The pickup and drop-off fields suggest addresses using OpenStreetMap. What you type in those fields is sent to OpenStreetMap to find matches.
